Please review them carefully

  • The terms and conditions apply to the buyer (the first owner only).
  • Warranty periods and included items are calculated based on the original invoice only.
  • All invoices from our authorized branches, made in the name of the buyer, are covered by the specified warranty.
  • If the customer does not have an invoice, they lose the right to benefit from the warranty.
  • The warranty becomes void if the film is modified or removed outside of our branches.
  • All authorized branches are required to activate the warranty. In case of any discrepancies, please contact the management via the provided phone numbers.
  • This warranty is void in case of scraping or tampering.
  • The customer must follow up on maintenance, and if maintenance is not performed, the customer will be required to pay the full cost of repairs and service restoration.
  • First: Window Film Service Warranty

  • The color is selected by the customer, and if they wish to change the color after the sales order is issued, the cost of the change will be calculated.
  • The warranty covers the clarity of the film from the inside to the outside.
  • The customer must visit one of our branches to check and activate the warranty within 48 hours of installation.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse.
  • Second: Partial or Full Protection Service

  • Within 3 days of installation.
  • Do not wash the applied protection or travel on your car before inspection and warranty approval.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by the protection film rubbing against hard objects or accidents, God forbid
  • The warranty includes free maintenance of the protection film every six months. Color changes range from 5% to 15% depending on customer care.
  • The warranty does not cover the effects of bird droppings.
  • Third: Car Care Service (Nano Ceramic)

  • Nano technology is a modern technique used to protect structures, metals, and valuable possessions such as cars, yachts, and airplanes from harmful solar radiation and daily use.
  • The warranty includes maintenance every year or every six months, depending on the number of layers and the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper washing that causes scratches or the effects of bird droppings.
  • The warranty does not cover parts damaged from accidents.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from dust during travel (e.g., off-road) or the effects of flying stones on the road.
  • Fourth: Advanced Polishing Service

  • This involves cleaning and polishing the car from the inside and polishing the bodywork from the outside. There is no warranty on this service.
  • Seats or interior decorations will not be removed without the knowledge and approval of the customer. The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from this.
  • Fifth: Leather Floor Covering Service

  • This service involves covering the vehicle floors with a leather product in various shapes and colors.
  • The customer selects the color, and they cannot change the color once the product has started to be customized.
  • Once the vehicle leaves the branch, the company is not responsible for any malfunctions or issues, nor for personal items inside the vehicle in case of loss.
